About Us

Established in 2001 and centrally located in Arcadia, Florida, our 25 acre native nursery specializes in growing more than 50 varieties of native plants, grass, shrubs and trees from bare root to 30 gallon containers. In addition to our nursery, Sandhill Native Growers has access to more than 100,000 acres of permitted lands for Aquatic Plant Collection/Non-Nursery Cultivation where plants are harvested, cleaned and transported to our holding facility for lake and wetland installations.

Sandhill Environmental Services division offers expert installation services. We have provided installation of native plant material for a variety of different projects including: Mitigation Banks, Mine Reclamation, Upland & Wetland Restoration, Deep Lake Mitigation, Littoral Shelf Plantings & County Parks. Since most of the installations we do are with native plants and trees that we grow ourselves, we are able to offer the most competitive pricing available in the industry.
